I often rent electric bikes around the lake, but it was the first time with Ve’lac! It was really ‘unpecable’! The bag provided is a plus as there are two sides to storage! With my very poor French all worked out when picking up and dropping back! The man was very simpatique! At the pick-up the speed visor was not turning on but then we found out a button to reset and it worked out perfectly! The parking lot is also a huuuge plus. I really recommend.

Excellent value for money, great communication and fabulous bikes. We hired 4 electric bikes, did a whole lap of Lake Annecy and the batteries still had 40% left. Would highly recommend!

The welcome was excellent. The manager was friendly, helpful, and did everything he could to ensure we didn't lack anything.
We rented two mountain bikes and a trailer for our daughter: nothing to complain about, it was perfect!
